Introduction Many
people exist today who believe they will get away with whatever they
are doing in this life. There are politicians I have observed here in
America who will say anything or do anything to advance their party's
agenda. To them it makes no difference what the truth is, nor does it
make any difference what the law or the Constitution states. Their goal
is to say and do as much as they can get away with to advance their
agenda.
But Jesus has other ideas. He once told his disciples, "Accordingly, whatever you have said in the dark will be heard in the light, and what you have whispered in the inner rooms will be proclaimed upon the housetops" (Luke 12:3). Jesus has been appointed the Supreme Judge of the entire world (John 5:21-22). God has guaranteed this by raising Jesus from the dead (Acts 17:30-31). Jesus will eventually judge ever dead person and every living person. This series of articles concentrates on Jesus' judgment of those who will have survived the Tribulation period. When He returns to Earth, He will sit in judgment on every person who is alive at His coming. He will determine which of the people who appear before Him will be permitted to enter His Kingdom. Eventually, every person will have to give an accounting of everything he has said and done. No one will get away with anything! The Scriptures indicate that Jesus will first sit in judgment on the survivors from the Nation of Israel. Following that, He will sit in judgment on the surviving Gentiles, individuals from among the nations of the earth.
